Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is visibly damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received a product that doesn’t match your order or the listed specifications.

  • The product has expired or will expire too soon after delivery.

You must report the issue within 1 hour of receiving the order through in-app customer support.
After verifying the issue, compensation will be provided either via your wallet balance or directly to your bank card.

App Usage

Jaib reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.

  • Modify services or their presentation without prior notice.

  • Restrict access for certain users in specific circumstances.

Terms Modifications

Jaib has the right to update or change the terms at any time.
By continuing to use the app after updates, you automatically accept the revised terms.
Users are encouraged to regularly check the terms page for any changes.

Liability & Compensation

The customer agrees to indemnify Jaib and its staff against any claims or losses resulting from a violation of these terms.

Notifications are sent via email or through the app.
Customers are considered notified once the message is sent.

Severability Clause

If any provision in these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms will still apply and remain enforceable.

Jaib has the right to transfer or assign its rights and obligations to any third party without prior notice to users.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Courts located in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

We’re always expanding and adding new areas.

I received the wrong items — what should I do?

We’re sorry about that!
Just contact our support team through the app or our website and share the details.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from my order — what now?

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please reach out through in-app support, and we’ll take care of it immediately.
Any additional costs? On us, of course.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees depend on:

  • Distance from the nearest fulfillment center

  • Total cart value

The higher your cart value, the lower your delivery fee.
The exact fee is shown during checkout.

Why are there storage fees?

Some products come with additional “storage fees” to cover:

  • Inspection

  • Storage

  • Anti-theft protection

These fees are clearly shown in the cart and only apply to specific items.

Can I pay on delivery?

Currently, no.
All payments are done securely within the app using:

  • Mada cards

  • Credit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Jaib Wallet (if available)

Can I request products not listed in the app?

Yes, we love hearing from you!
Use the “Suggest a Product” feature in the app to tell us what you'd like to see.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, there is — and it depends on your location and the nearest delivery hub.

Why is my order delayed sometimes?

Orders might be slightly delayed during peak times or high demand periods.
Don’t worry — the estimated delivery time is always shown before you confirm your order.

Why can’t I place an order now, even though it’s within business hours?

In rare cases, we may temporarily pause new orders to avoid delays and maintain quality.

I forgot to add an item — can I change my order?

Because we process orders very quickly, it’s not possible to edit an order after it’s confirmed.
But feel free to place a new order — it’ll be delivered separately.
